Food Pairings: Enjoy it with seasoned steak, prime rib and fillet mignon. Berry fruit and mulling spices on the nose. Raspberry, cherry fruit complemented by rich silky mouthfeel and a dark chocolatey finish. Comprised of 54% Cab Sauv, 32% Cab Franc, and 14% Merlot. Fruit sourced from a number of vineyards in the Niagara peninsula. Aged for 8 months in primarily French-American blended stave barrels. Minimally fined and filtered.556 cases produced. |

Rounded texture, nicely balanced and excellent length! Colour: Medium Cherry, Clarity : clear. Nose: Smoky, Chocolate, Blackberry, Plum, Cranberry, Tobacco. Tannins: Firm. This full bodied wine has 4-6 years ahead of it. 88 points |
Zoltan: Sweet currants packed nose with spicy peppers and light oak. A lighter style, fresh and spicy Meritage with soft tannins. Easy to drink food friendly red. Angel hair pasta in home made basil tomato with roasted portobello and grana padano.
Michael: Char-broiled beef tederloin with blackberry ~ ginger relish, rosemary roasted yukon potatoes and french green beans. 4 stars out of 5.
