Daredevil 2009 “GSR”

If you're a follower of CSI you might think the “GSR” stands for Gun Shot Residue, luckily you would be wrong, it’s Gewurztraminer/Sauvignon Blanc/Riesling, the grapes that make up this blend. The Sauv Blanc takes over on the nose with lots of citrus notes while the Gewurzt peeks around the corner with a whiff of floral. On the palate there’s a meshing of the grapes with citrus, floral and apple. Nice balancing acidity holds it all together into the pleasant refreshing finish. Price: $18.00 ...
