	Fielding Estate 2007 Chardonnay Musque There are certain wines that are just made for summer – and sometimes you find those wines in the dead of winter – this is one of those wines. I tasted this one during a late fall afternoon during Wrapped Up in the Valley (20 Valley’s pre-Christmas touring event) and as I sipped it on Fielding’s back patio during abnormally warm temperatures for late-November. 	Cave Spring Cellars 2008 Gewurztraminer Estate Talk about a wine that delivers miles above its price point. This Gewurztraminer is a stunning example that sells for so little money it’ll make you head spin. 	Legends Estates 2008 Diva Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc This is one of the wines which finalist Serge Papineau submitted for the sexy winemaker competition. The nose is rich in honeydew melon and sweet pear, the palate proves even more inviting with loads of pear flavour backed by hints of melon and tangerine, there’s even some nice limeade on the finish.
