Mill Street Brewing Company Barley Wine

I came across this brew while down in the Distillery district of Toronto where the Mill Street Brewpub is located. I tried a number of beers that day, but something about the name of this one just appealed to me “Barley Wine”. Featherstone - Verjus

“Here’s something you really must try.” Louise said to me on one of my many visits to Featherstone. She walked over to a shelf, picked up a 500ml bottle with some kind of pinkish liquid inside, and thrust it into my hands. I looked at it with confusion on my face.
