	Inniskillin 2006 Sparkling Vidal Icewine For those looking for Icewine with a twist look no further, it’s Icewine with fizz, how much more of a twist does one need. Here we have everything you have grown to love about icewine: apples, pears and honey on the nose; honey soaked peaches and apricots on the palate, and best of all there’s a bit of festive sparkle which has the added bonus of (seemingly) dialing down the sweetness and carrying the flavours in a lighter fashion across the tongue. 	Colio Wines 2007 Lily Pinot Noir Another fine little Cuvee Close sparkler from Colio. This time they use Pinot Noir grapes exclusively giving the wine a beautiful pink hue. Winemaker Tim Reilly also rested the wine on its lees for six months to develop the flavour profile he was looking for. On the nose, there is plenty of strawberry, sour cherry and raspberry; while in the mouth, the strawberry and raspberry reappear with a toasty note. 	Chateau des Charmes 2005 Rosé Sparkling I have found the perfect wine to usher in 2009.
