DescriptionDescription  When you think Riesling what springs to mind? Apples and peaches; or lemons and limes? If you think the latter then this wine is for you. With only point-three grams of residual sugar this wine is dry, dry, dry with lots of citrus zing on both the nose and palate. In the mouth, the citrus is all lemon with all the biting acidity you’d find in a tart lemonade; and it finishes the way it came in, long and lemony. A nice hit of refreshment on a hot summer’s day. If citrusy is how you like your Riesling, then this Prince Edward County version is for you.
