Description
Henry of Pelham continues to consistently make good quality wine at affordable prices; wines that you’d be proud to serve anywhere and boast, “that’s an Ontario wine!” It’s because of wineries like Henry of Pelham that Ontario continues to grow its reputation as a quality wine producer. This is one that you’ll be able to find pretty readily at both the winery and the LCBO. The nose is strawberry and black cherry while the taste shows more complexity with black cherry, some cranberry tartness, vegetal notes and earthiness. Good dusty cocoa-laden tannins and good fruitiness make this a fine wine for all occasions, and will be for quite some time, you could age this one for an additional 5 years with ease.
