Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
Description
Not your typical varietal to be making icewine with, but why not, the vines are winter hardy and the skins aren’t brittle and thin – I have tried a late harvest Chard before but never an icewine. Honey and tree fruit dominated – tasty yet delicate. (Sugar Code - 23.1)
