Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
Description
100% of these Chardonnay grapes come from their very own vineyard, a full three years in bottle on the lees (in the traditional “Champagne” method) labour intensive daily turning and finally released in November 2007 – just in time for both the festive season and Taste the Season. It has all the prerequisites of a good, quality sparkler: toasty apple and lemon, bready yeastiness on the nose, pleasant, lively and persistent bubbles and a refreshing taste. Another great example of a Niagara bubbly.
