Cave Spring 2002 Cabernet-Merlot

Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  This wine won best red wine at the Cuvee 2005 awards … not best blend or best Cabernet or best Merlot … Best Red Wine. Tasty, fruity, flavourful and drinking very well right now … not exactly smooth but not overly tannic either, though there is a limited drying effect in the mouth … easy drinking would be the best description. You could lie this one down for a year or two as an experiment, but why wait - drink up.
