Author :
Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
Description
This high alcohol (14%) Chardonnay spends no time in oak, but does see extended lees contact (7-months), that's what gives it the buttery softness and vanilla scents on the nose, there's also tree fruit and peach pit along with that vanilla-yness in the mouth - smooth and enjoyable, fresh and lively. Due for release February 2008.
