Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
Description
The best thing that ever happened to Tawse, so far, was Deborah Paskus leaving and Pascal Marchard being hire on as wine consultant. This guy has about 25 years of experience with the two grapes Tawse loves to make wine from: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and that experience really shows in the bottle. This is the very first wine Pascal had a hand in making and it’s a stunner (and I’m not just talking about the price). The nose is rich and vibrant, aromas of pineapple core, rusty-caramel apple and cinnamon-vanilla are followed in the mouth by butterscotch, hazelnut, creamy vanilla and a lingering baked apple finish … very mouth-filling and incredibly delicious. Price: $48.00
