Peninsula Ridge 2006 Fume Blanc

Hits:273
Rating:Nº votes
Date added;:01.May.2008
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  Last year Jean-Pierre won the Ontario Wine Awards Gold medal for his 2005 Fume Blanc (oaked Sauvignon Blanc), he repeated the feat with this ’06 version. This one’s just plain tasty – vanilla and butterscotch mix well with the light fruit and rusty apple; there’s also some citrus bite at the end … for those who like oaked Chardonnay, this might be right up your alley, with a slight jog to the left. Price: $26.95
