It has all the typicity of flavours and smells you’d expect from Sauvignon Blanc. A nose rich in grassy and citrus – including a touch of lemon rind … the flavours follow suit with a grassy-lemony crispness that keeps you swallowing for what seems like days afterward … that’s the effect of good acidity … this really is a summertime Sauv.
