Rosehall Run 2006 Chardonnay

Hits:139
Rating:4,60 (5 Votes)
Date added;:07.May.2008
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  Chardonnay lovers should be thrilled to sink their teeth into, or should I say, wrap their palates around, this rich beauty from Rosehall Run in Prince Edward County. When fully aerated, the nose is full of smoky asparagus and reminiscent of buttered movie theatre popcorn (yet with far fewer calories). As it hits the tongue there’s under-ripe peach (you know the crunchy kind), but it smoothes out beautifully through the mouth, then ends with a burnt-toffee-like finish. This is an oaky-smoky Chardonnay-lovers Chardonnay. Price: $29.95
