Bergeron Estate 2006 Gamay

Hits:1462
Rating:4,00 (2 Votes)
Date added;:19.May.2008
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  The piece-de-resistence at this new Prince Edward County winery ... this 100% County-fruit Gamay is lightly oaked, only 20% of the wine was aged in new French oak for a “limited time”. The nose is faint with blackfruit and a touch of vanilla – but it’s on the palate where all the fun and finesse happens: strawberry, raspberry, touch of black cherry and a little white pepper at the end … it got better and better with each sip. A Gamay for chilling or room temp drinking, either way it’ll be delicious going down. Price: $20.00
