Description
This Chardonnay/Pinot Noir blend is made in the traditional method and spends 24 months on its lees in bottle. That kind of care shows through in both taste and quality, which seems to go hand-in-hand with this bubbly. Bready, yeasty smells mix with apple and citrus. Crisp and dry on the palate; this sparkler can be used as aperitif, a palate cleanser or with a wide variety of foods; and a few tests proved there is crazy-persistent bubbles here, lasting some 2+ hours – though I doubt you’ll have the willpower to let it sit in your glass that long. Price: $29.95
