Hillebrand 2007 Artist Series Sauvignon Blanc

Hits:207
Rating:Nº votes
Date added;:10.Sep.2008
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  The Kiwis have pretty much dictated to us how Sauvignon Blanc should smell and taste, they’ve also done very well at selling it; a New Zealand Savvy B will run ya anywhere from $17 and up. That’s why this Hillebrand Artist Series Sauv Blanc is such a deal at under $12 a bottle. It has the grassy, gooseberry and touch of grapefruit you’ve come to expect from wines bearing the S.B. on the label, but at a third less the price, a touch less the acidity and a pleasant soothing finish. Come on – shop Canadian, get a taste of home. Price: $11.95
