Coyote's Run 2006 Riesling Icewine

Hits:1915
Rating:Nº votes
Date added;:23.Oct.2008
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  Riesling has become one of my favourite white Icewines, they just develop more complex flavours then their Vidal counterparts. Where Vidal deals in apple, peach and honey, Riesling adds varietal specificity. This Riesling ice has sweet delicious apple, pineapple and wildflower honey ... it's also not as sweet as you'd expect, but just as delicious as you want. This one's also big on acidity, so you might want to sit this another year to allow it to settle down before popping the cork. Price: $55.00 / 375ml
