Cave Spring 2006 Estate Riesling

Hits:1606
Rating:Nº votes
Date added;:02.Nov.2008
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  Riesling is becoming one of the signature grapes of Niagara, and one of those wineries with a reputation for making some of the best is Cave Spring. This wine is complex on both the nose and in the mouth. Apple and peach are the first smells to greet you, but then here comes melon, petrol and talc … the palate lives up to much of that nose candy while also delivering a touch of pear and citrus. Price: $18.95
NotesNotes  Available at the winery and part of the LCBO Essentials Collections 2008.
