Description
Wildass is the second label for Stratus winery. For a winery like Stratus second label wines are those that just didn’t make the final blending cut. They went through the same barrel aging and meticulous work in the vineyard – just when all was tasted and blended they were the leftovers. This one is soft on the nose and on the palate, lots of tree fruit with a pleasing taste, it won’t stand up for the length of time the big gun will (see Stratus White) but it’s something to drink while you’re waiting for the other. Price: $19.00
