Konzelmann 2006 Special Select Late Harvest Vidal

Hits:2376
Rating:Nº votes
Date added;:16.Mar.2009
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  I’m always a big fan of “poor man’s Icewine” … that’s the term I have given late harvest wine because of its similarity to Icewine because it mirrors its sweeter brother in both smell and taste, but contains half the sweetness. This wine follows that description to the letter with sweet apple, pear and honey notes on the nose. The sweetness is balanced with a nice seam of acidity; flavours match the nose with a touch of spiciness on the finish. Price: $19.95 / 375ml – Rating ****½
