Muskoka Lakes 2007 Cranberry

Hits:1499
Rating:Nº votes
Date added;:31.May.2009
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  Ya gotta like cranberry juice to like this one. This wine is made from the ripest of the last harvested cranberries of the season (November). They have all the colour and tartness you’d expect. The wine starts off sweet upon entry, but then mid-palate to the end it gets tarter and tarter, to the point where it is mouth-puckeringly so, with big acid bite – which also makes cranberry wine very ageable, 5+ years or so. Price: $13.75 – Rating: ****½
