Cave Spring 2007 CSV Riesling

Hits:1028
Rating:Nº votes
Date added;:23.Jun.2009
Author :Michael Pinkus - Grape Guy
DescriptionDescription  From the long hot summer of 2007 comes this Cave Spring single vineyard, old vines Riesling. The taste and smell follow pretty closely together on this one, offering up petrol, citrus and floral along with minerality you can not only taste but definitely smell. A wonderful mouth-feel and good backbone of acidity end this one off nicely. You might detect a touch of oiliness in the mouth - but that's just to let you know it's been and gone ... nice finish. Price: $29.95 - Rating: ****
