	Colchester Ridge Estate Winery 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Last year, when Colchester opened for business, they had two whites and a red on the shelf. The red was excellent and showed signs of what was to come from this winery. 2005 has brought about more reds from the crew at CREW and one of the better ones was this Cabernet Sauvignon.
