	Rosewood Estates 2006 Mon Cherie Fans of the Harvest Gold, or even non-mead drinkers, might want to check out this little beauty … same sugar code level as the Gold (2), but this one adds a beautiful layer of fruitiness to both the nose and palate. Made with honey wine (mead) and sour cherries that’s exactly what you get. The nose displays the same bubblegum-like aromas as the Harvest Gold, but adds a layer of cherry. 	Rosewood Estates 2006 Harvest Gold Niagara’s first meadery, and if you’ve never tried mead, I suggest you do so, and now is the perfect opportunity – it truly is a different taste experience. The nose gives off aromas of floral and bubblegum … in the mouth, the bubblegum turns tropical in nature before ending with a much drier finish then what your senses initially got.
