Archibald’s Spiced Winter Apple

If you like apples, you’ll love Archibald’s – a winery centered around wines made from apples. One of my favourites is their Spiced Winter Apple, a beautiful and intoxicating fireside wine if ever there was one. Amber in colour, like an aged Vidal icewine, the nose is pure apple juice mixed with nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger aromas. The County Cider Company Peach Cider

An apple-based cider made with pure peach juice … smells like peach, tastes like peach – there really is no mystery here, except the fact that it’s made with apples – and that you’ll find hard to believe.
