	Rosehall Run 2005 'Cold Creek' Cabernet Franc After fifteen months in French oak, Dan Sullivan (winemaker for Rosehall), declared this wine had seen enough. He bottled it unfiltered, waited a couple of months for the bottle shock to wear off and then released 25 cases (that's 300 bottles) and in truth that just wasn't enough. I'm not talking about the barrel time or the bottle age, I’m talking about the amount released, because there should be more of this to go around – everyone should get a chance to taste this wine. 	Viewpointe Estate Winery 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Anybody who’s paying any kind of attention to the Ontario wine scene knows that 2002 was a fantastic year for grape-growing and winemaking.
