	Colchester Ridge 2007 Riesling For years, Riesling has been the purview of Niagara, but the folks in the Lake Erie region aren’t taking that lying down. There are quite a few wineries trying their hand at Riesling and making a pretty good case for it in the southern most reaches of Ontario. Colchester Ridge, fresh off their gold medal at the Ontario Wine Awards for Chardonnay, tries their hand at this hot white. 	Creekside 2007 Butler’s Grant Rielsing A few years ago Creekside’s winemaking team of Rob Power and Craig McDonald decided to make some Riesling as an experiment from these very same Butler’s Grant Vineyard berries … at that time they thought, “if it’s good we’ll do it again some day”.
