	Angels Gate 2006 Pinot Noir 2006 seems to have been good to Pinot Noir, case in point this offering from Angels Gate. What you get on the nose you’ll get on the palate: earthy, sour cherry, cranberry and violets; there are also mineral and tealeaf notes that appear only on the nose and these seem to really compliment the entire experience. 	Konzelmann 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2006 was one of those funny vintages here in Ontario - but when I talk funny I rarely mean ha-ha, I’m talking a peculiar vintage. Whites did well as they always seem to and for the most part reds will hold their own, but not for very long; as you might have chance to hear: “drink your ’06s while you’re waiting for the ’05sand ’07s to come around.” That is not to say that the 2006 wines are not good - they just don’t need much time before you can start drinking them.
