	Wayne Gretzky 2006 No. 99 Shiraz Icewine There aren't many Shiraz Icewines in Ontario, so this is one of a handful made ... for those looking for a companion I would say Shiraz Icewine is very similar to Cabernet Franc Icewine with its strawberry, raspberry and honeyed notes, the main difference is the addition of white pepper and spices which really gives the wine its character. 	Coyote's Run 2006 Riesling Icewine Riesling has become one of my favourite white Icewines, they just develop more complex flavours then their Vidal counterparts. Where Vidal deals in apple, peach and honey, Riesling adds varietal specificity. This Riesling ice has sweet delicious apple, pineapple and wildflower honey ... it's also not as sweet as you'd expect, but just as delicious as you want.
