Inniskillin 2006 Vidal Icewine

This is what we all love about Vidal Icewine, those baked apple and cinnamon aromas along with a pear compote component, the flavours follow the nose and delight both senses. Price: $54.95 – 375ml...

Henry of Pelham 2006 Riesling Icewine

While Vidal is the king of Icewine, Riesling has slowly become the grape to watch. More delicate than it’s Vidal counterpart with flavours and smells that don’t knock you over the head; instead they sidle up to you, tap you on the shoulder and seduce you. Price: $54.95 / 375ml...

This Riesling ice has sweet delicious apple, pineapple and wildflower honey ... it's also not as sweet as you'd expect, but just as delicious as you want. This one's also big on acidity, so you might want to sit this another year to allow it to settle down before popping the cork. Price:...

Chateau des Charmes 2006 Vidal Icewine

With smells of apple, peach and honey, and a palate to match, this is an excellent example of how Vidal Icewine should be made. Factor in the lengthy finish that sticks around in the mouth long after you swallow - and you've got yourself the perfect dessert wine. Price: $25.95 / 200ml...
