easy to understand. We stay away from "wine-speak" and give it to you straight
- and best of all, it's information you can share with friends, family, or that
someone special … the way good wine is supposed to be.
Ontario and all
her wines are yours to discover and enjoy. Ontario Wine Review will make it
easier for you to do so - in an unbiased manner. Whatever your destination, be
it North or West to enjoy the fruit wineries, or South and East to Niagara,
Lake Erie North Shore or Prince Edward County for some wines of the grape
variety … Ontario Wine Review will be there.
About Michael Pinkus : Grape Guy
Michael Pinkus has had a 20-year plus love affair with wine. In early 2005, he decided to leave a career in radio (writing and broadcasting) and combined his love for writing with his passion for wine and became the head-writer and all around Grape Guy for OntarioWineReview. His mission: "to bring Ontario wines into a more positive light," not just for fellow Ontarians, but Canadians and others wine lovers the world over. His heartfelt and insightful comments, along with his passionate reviews of the wineries and the wine they make, have won him a loyal readership in Ontario and worldwide. His excitement for wine and everything wine related is infectious and it’s not unusual to find Michael touring around the wine regions of Ontario, hanging out at local events or checking out other winemaking areas. Through his writing, it is his desire to educate, inspire and encourage others to grow their own love and enthusiasm for wine. Join Michael as he visits wineries and events in and around Ontario.
