Prince put it best when he said "Tonight we're going to party like it's 19-99" ... well Canada turned 142 today and I opened a wine from 1999 - a Southbrook 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon - Lailey Vineyard ... and if there was any doubt about the age-ability of Ontario reds, there isn't any more.  Prince also said, "Two thousand zero zero oops, out of time" - this one surely is not.
