It's Valentine's weekend, and that means it's a time for Riesling ... this weekend I opened three Rieslings:  two proved my 2005 premature petrol policy to perfection - 2005 Lailey and 2005 Norm Hardie, while my foray in the world of old Riesling Icewine had me tasting a blast from the past from Thirty Bench, 1999 Riesling Icewine.
