This wine is made with some pretty old Riesling fruit. The vines were planted between 1975 and the early 80’s and the age of those vines gives the grapes and the resulting wine, added complexity. The nose is peach, mineral laced with whiffs of fresh pear; the palate is loaded with delicious apple, mineral, peach and a green apple acid bite that refreshes while at the same time makes this a delicious wine to keep sipping.
