This wine offers up the sweet and sour dichotomy of some Rieslings. The palate has a hint of sweetness while the fruit ends up being dry, due to the way the acids kick in to tone down the sweetness. Lemon with hints of peach and pear puree - the pear is the sweet, the lemon the dry, the peach is the balance ... this should age nicely for 5+ years. Price: $15.95 - Rating: ****
