Blending fresh Pinot Noir with partially appassimento-ed varieties (Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Chardonnay) has given this wine an interesting sweet start which does come back on the finish; in the middle is where it gets really interesting: mineral dryness. It has an almost fresh feel to it but with weight and a little extra umph. This is quite possibly the first rose made in this style in Canada. Price: $18.95 - Rating: *** 1/2+
