Hey, Hey what can I say, I gotta bottle I wanna drink all day ... not exactly the Zepplin tune you remember but the lyrics fit (plus the real lyrics aren't printable in a family publication). At the Fielding New Wines Launch back in April, this little Musque stole the show. It's been 3 years since the musky Chard made an appearance on Fielidng's wine list and this is an excellent welcome back. The nose is adictively sniffable with floral, pear and troicpal notes wafting pleasantly out of the glass. Palate has pear, pineapple core and good acidity; but it's that nose that is such a lure. A titchy-touch of sweetness (1) brings this one home. So yummy. Price: $16.95 - Rating: ****+
