Finally, Greenlane's real wines are starting to emerge - these are the wines made from estates grown fruit. This Riesling is made using their oldest block of Riesling vines (22 years of age) - it's complex and layered like good old vines Riesling should - the age of the vines and the deepness of the roots system allows it to pick up more flavours and minerals. Layers of peach and mineral notes with a tart green apple finish that retains plenty a mouth-watering acidity and a nice lengthy finish. Price: $29.95 - Rating: ****
