This 500 case limited edition Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of fruit from two vineyards ("across the road and down the road") and is fermented in oak. The nose has vanilla, grassy and pineapple core notes, while the flavors really liven the mouth with, amongst others, vanilla bean and fresh grass. There’s very good acidity here and a pleasant fruity flavour which lingers on the palate long after the sip has been swallowed. Price: $16.95 – Rating: ****½
