Trius white seems to be a blend of whatever white grapes winemaker Darryl Brooker can find, though there is method to his madness. This year's version has lovely white fruit, namely pear and apple, with some peach and citrus notes. There's also some rosiness (from the Gewurztraminer) and a creaminess on the palate. This one's not soon forgotten with its medium length finish. Price: $19.95 - Rating: ****
