We're 5 years from vintage date on this one and it is hitting its stride beautifully, there is just so much going on here that one can't say "if you've tasted one icewine you've tasted them all" after sipping on this. Think of apricots, peaches, apples and floral notes all mixing together with splashes of honey and vanilla. Good balance between the acidity, fruit and sweetness, delicate yet creamy and incredibly sippable. Usually icewine is bought for gifts but this one should be for you. Price: $79.95 - Rating: *****
