Over the years Inniskillin hasn't lost a step when it comes to Ontario's signature style of wine, and one that Innisklillin helped to pioneer. This one is delicate and has great balance with it's sweetness and acidity. Honeyed pear and apricot mix well with the baked honey-apple and all of that leads to a fantastic finish.
