Some things I don`t want you to mess with, like Riesling - keep the wood away from my Riesling - but other things I find intriguing, especially if they work. This Pinot Gris has something special that makes you stand up and take notice, a full flavoured wine with a nice richness of fruit ... apple with vanilla cream notes is the best way I can describe it, a thrilling mouth-feel and exciting length.
