A blend of 70/30 Pinot Noir to Chardonnay that really does J-T proud after a lackluster 2005 version. Three-and-a-half years on lees has produced a crisp, clean bubbly with lively fruit and vanilla-citrus notes. Apple, toasted hazelnuts and a lovely hint of sweetness on the finish ... good acidity to finishes it off rather nicely. Price: $22.95 - Rating: ****+
