What the heck does an Aussie know about making icewine? As it turns out, plenty. This sticky (as the Aussies call them) is loaded with strawberries on the nose, on the palate there’s a little something extra: strawberries still dominate, but then you’l find dark plum and dried raisins, while on the finish, there’s a delicate tartness from the acidity that keeps this one from being syrupy sweet.
