This is one of those delicious and delightful icewines the way they are suppose to be made, with good acidity to balance out the sweetness and totally lacking in the “syrupy” department. This wine, for its sweetness level, is actually very refreshing on the palate offering up lots of apples, peaches and honeyed notes … as for the sweetness if you'd didn’t know it was icewine you think it a lot less sweet.
