This wine shows terroir, which is usually not a hallmark of the hybrid varieties, in this case Vidal. Peach, lemon drop with hints of stone, follows from the nose to the mouth leaving that sweet lemonade flavour behind on the finish, the acidity balances it off nicely. Bring on summer.
