This is one of those 2007 wines that were all the buzz a few years back and continue to cause a stir when they are released or people come across them. In my opinion there are some '07s that are worthy of that buzz while others ... well, not so much. This '07 is definitely buzz-worthy with its sweet fruit, vanilla and chocolate nuances with some cherry backing; you'll also find some raspberry-liqueur on the mid-palate ... smooth tannins with a nice easy going long finish.
