This is the classic taste of cider with its crisp fresh apple taste, made with four different types of apples (Northern Spy, Golden Russet, Ida Red and Jonagold). Owners Mike and Mark Vansteenkiste did a number of fermenting tests before coming up with their variety combination, “we just found the heritage apples worked better and gave us better flavours.” Strongbow fans will find this one to their liking.
