“A scrumpy is an unfined and unfiltered cider. Basically, it’s cloudy; it’s the way they would have been drinking ciders a hundred plus years ago, because they didn’t have the ways and means to filter like we do today,” explained Mike Vansteenkiste (owner with his brother Mark) as I took a sip of this murky cider.
